Welcome Sous Chef, Craig Lilly!
Summers County local returns as new sous-chef.
We are pleased to announce the hiring of Chef Craig Lilly as the new sous-chef at The Market! Chef Lilly brings with him years of education and experience, including graduating from Johnson and Wales with a culinary arts degree after completing an internship at Emeril’s Restaurant of Orlando.He's worked at numerous country clubs, including The Greenbrier. Craig also taught at Publix Aprons Cooking School in Winter Park, Florida.
When asked how he feels about returning home to work for The Market, Chef Lilly said the following.
“This was my first choice when me and my wife decided to move back. I knew the history here and the reputation this place has is wonderful. I’m absolutely so excited to join the team of The Market in Hinton.”
The Market is not only delighted to have Chef Lilly joining the team, but also grateful for the consistently incredible work and amazing customer service of all the employees who make The Market the beloved community establishment that it is today.
We would also like to thank Chef Kevin Hall for his service to The Market, and to wish him well as he opens his restaurant in Princeton later this year.
